Athena started giving birth at 6am . by 7:45 two puppies were born. At around 1pm she hadnt had any more and I was conserned. I rushed her to the Houston emergency vet clinic where they performed a x ray. a puppy was still inside and she wasnt having any contractions. the vet had to administer a medicine to jump start her labor and about 2 hours later the last little puppy was born. all are very healthy and doing great they are 16 days old today! the two little gir

We are making sure the pregnancy goes well adn healthily as Athena is having vet checkups every few weeks. I am a mother of 2 young boys and we have been rescuing pits for 6 yrs and decided we would try our hand at breeding. if you have iny tips please feel free to post them. our pits are pure red nose and will be raised along sized cats and other dogs as well as young children. any questions just ask.
